Labeling: Files mislabeled or lacking the artist's name will not be viewed by the jury.
Sales: Artist understands and agrees that GARNER Arts Center (GAC) will receive a 30% contribution of Artist’s sales price on any sale of work by a GAC Member with an active membership as of February 1st, 2022. Artist understands and agrees that GAC will receive a 40% contribution of Artist’s sales price on any sale of work by an artist without an active GAC membership. By submitting this entry form, Artist understands and agrees that GAC represents your work for the duration of the Exhibition. ALL Sales MUST be made through GAC.
Insurance: Artist understands and acknowledges that GAC does not carry art insurance for any work exhibited as a part of the Exhibition. Artist agrees to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement (should Artist's work be accepted by jury) when artwork is dropped off.
Shipping: Artist understands and acknowledges that he/she/they is/are responsible for BOTH the drop-off and pick-up of art work. If Artist has not claimed art work within thirty (30) business days of the closing date July 9, 2022, GAC maintains the right to invoice ("Invoice") Artist Thirty Dollars and Zero Cents ($30.00) to ship art work to the address provided by Artist to GAC as a part of this application. Artist will be unable to enter any future exhibitions if the Invoice remains unpaid.
Agreement: The submission of a work of art to this exhibition shall constitute an agreement on the part of the artist to the terms and conditions set forth in the online application form.
